There is nothing “mandatory” at Compass Realtors – much less floor duty or attending Caravans. We understand and respect the fact that this is YOUR business. Do with your time what you will. We will have meetings from time to time if something urgent arises that requires all the Agents attention at one time, otherwise, we will email you pertinent information as it comes up and see you in the office as you see fit. The only thing we want you concentrating on is listing and selling homes!

Leads Available
We have expanded a lot of time, research and most of all money into an effective and productive Lead Generation System. Depending on your choice of commission split (there are 60%, 70%, 80% and of course, 90% plans available) you may be eligible to get FREE leads on a daily or weekly basis, whatever fits your needs and schedule.
